Account Management – Client‑Facing Role
An Account Management professional who loves everything client: a keen relationship builder, adept at developing and maintaining strong ties with tier‑one clients and excelling at trade show programs and high‑end event activations. A Typical Day

Collaborate with clients daily, delivering high‑quality work that exceeds expectations and drives their business forward.

Proactively anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project execution.

Partner with Project Management to align solutions with client goals and timelines.

Collaborate with Business Development to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue new business.

Develop strategies that reflect client needs, objectives, and goals.

Maintain strong client relationships through consistent service and proactive engagement.

Who We Are Looking For

5+ years of client account management experience.

Agency experience is a definite asset.

Proven success managing clients in experiential marketing, branded environments, or the event industry.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Polished presentation skills.

Resourceful, positive, and fun‑loving.

Awareness of industry trends and client business drivers.

Ability to travel, including occasional weekends.

This salary range reflects an assessment of the local market and may vary based on the successful candidate’s experience. It represents the base salary only and does not include eligibility for bonus programs or other total rewards.
