Overview As a Senior Event Marketing Agent, you will drive lead generation and brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with prospective customers. You will act as a liaison between the company and homeowners, providing information about products and services. The goal is to generate qualified leads in the form of in-home consultation appointments for design consultants. The role may involve speaking with prospective customers at festivals, home shows, retail stores, and fairs in and around Idaho Falls and Pocatello, with occasional travel to Utah and Wyoming.
Responsibilities Reports directly to the Event Marketing Manager.
Identify and qualify prospective homeowners to set appointments.
Utilize training and scripting to generate leads using the approved company methodology.
Communicate key brand information to educate consumers about our products.
Set up, execute, and break down all company display items; take down as required.
Send pictures of set up each shift to the Event Manager.
Provide consumer feedback and information for recaps.
Maintain communication channels, including active participation in GroupMe Event chats.
Provide timely sweepstakes and lead sheets.
Meet an average lead requirement of 3.6 hours per demo (HPD).
Participate in weekly check-in calls with the Event Manager and monthly video meetings.
Attend monthly team meetings and quarterly office visits to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Submit lead sheets on digital form during shifts and return paper copies monthly (in person).
Work at least 7 events per month (festivals, home shows, fairs, retail, etc.).
Travel as necessary for events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable vehicle to commute to assigned locations (auto insurance and MVR check required).
Ability to fit event setup items in the vehicle and arrive on time for shifts.
Valid driver’s license and reliable smartphone/data plan.
Effective listening and communication skills; prior sales experience is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds with or without accommodation.
Basic computer skills.

Working Conditions Work in various indoor and outdoor locations, including outdoor weather conditions.
Work in environments with varying noise levels and lighting.
Collaborate as part of a team or independently at events.
Use software to organize leads, scheduling, and reporting.
Physical Requirements Able to move, bend, and position oneself to set up a marketing booth.
Able to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds or more of equipment at event sites.
Able to communicate effectively and remain stationary for extended periods as needed.
Able to travel to various work locations as required and work indoors or outdoors.
