Overview

Process-driven professional sought for an MSP Talent Advisor role focused on operational excellence, administrative precision, and process integrity within a Managed Service Provider program. The MSP model manages the infrastructure of a company’s contingent workforce, acting as the centralized hub between the client and a network of external staffing suppliers. You will orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent hiring, ensure compliance and governance, and maintain program efficiency and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities

Operational Backbone: Manage the end-to-end request process in the Vendor Management System (VMS), from requisition to onboarding, ensuring accurate capture of each step.
Administrative Lifecycle: Own the administrative processes for contractor placements, including compliance, documentation, and reporting.
Process Integrity: Monitor program guidelines, ensure SLAs are met, and enforce client workforce compliance and governance requirements.
Collaboration and Guidance: Communicate clearly with hiring managers and suppliers, guiding them on program processes and policy without heavy-touch stakeholder negotiation.
Data & Reporting: Use Excel to maintain program health, track supplier performance, and provide reports to support decision-making.
Who You Are

Process-Oriented: You manage multiple requests with attention to detail and own the end-to-end process.
Administrative Pro: Highly organized with a focus on accuracy in high-volume administration.
Experience: 2–3 years in MSP, staffing, or recruitment, specifically with contingent workers.
System Savvy: Proficient with VMS tools and Excel.
Communicator: Effective in English; Dutch (and French) skills are a plus; able to guide stakeholders and ensure program alignment.
