Salary: $145k - $155k + bonus. Benefits + 401k matching. Full-Time/Permanent.
We are a full-service architecture and engineering firm with a range of commercial projects. Over the last 15 years we have scaled to 13 offices across the US along with over 150 employees and counting!
As the Studio Lead, you will manage a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, ensuring efficiency and quality, maintaining client satisfaction, driving profitability, mitigating risks, fostering growth, managing projects, and developing business opportunities.
Objectives

Oversee and coordinate the operations of an architecture studio.
Manage various aspects of the studio's daily operations, support the architectural team, and ensure the smooth functioning of projects.
Represent the Company in external and internal interface opportunities by demonstrating the company values, morals, and ethics to staff, clients, consultants, agencies, and contractor interface.
