Pay:
$133,900-$181,200/yr
Job type:
Full Time

Overview
The Ads Partnerships Lead (APL) is the single-threaded owner of advertising revenue and go-to-market strategy for assigned creator partnerships. This role closes the gap between creator partnerships and advertiser demand by owning what we sell, how we sell it, and how we win commercially. The APL is the commercial architect and execution lead for major creator partnerships in the Wellness / Personal Growth category, blending sales strategy, media monetization, and creator-led branded content. Existing advertiser relationships in the space are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Go-To-Market & Commercial Strategy: Define what we sell and how we win commercially for assigned creator partnerships; build and maintain master sponsorship packages with pricing logic, product mix, commercial terms, and SLAs in collaboration with the Commercial Strategy team; own launch strategy for new shows and major tentpoles including sales narratives, positioning, and operationalization (e.g., product setup and bookability in Salesforce); identify and unlock incremental monetization opportunities beyond standard media (new formats, experiential events, bonus content); ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, and adopted by Sales.

Demand Generation & Sales Enablement: Drive sales adoption of creator-specific packages; partner with Branded Content to ensure collateral and RFP responses are revenue-optimized, on-strategy, and operationally feasible; translate creator updates, new formats, and performance insights into actionable sales guidance; serve as the day-to-day revenue partner to sellers by removing friction, accelerating deal cycles, and strengthening advertiser confidence.

Revenue Performance, Forecasting & Accountability: Own revenue forecasting, pacing, and pipeline health for assigned creator partnerships; surface gaps, risks, and trends and act on them; maintain accountability for overall partnership profitability, not just top-line revenue; track lost or constrained revenue and collaborate with Partner Managers, Branded Content, and Commercial Strategy to close systemic gaps; deliver a clear, data-backed sales performance narrative to leadership and creator partners.

Creator Partnership Management: Partner closely with the Partner Manager (PM) who owns the holistic creator relationship; hold creators accountable to commitments impacting advertiser demand and revenue outcomes (timelines, deliverables, adoption of ad products); lead creator-facing conversations from a commercial perspective; influence packaging, production decisions, and creative operations with Branded Content to improve revenue efficiency and yield.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience developing detailed go-to-market plans; experience analyzing data to make business decisions; 8+ years in ad monetization, brand partnerships, or Sales / Revenue Operations; strong understanding of branded content, sponsorships, and integrated media solutions; experience working directly with Sales teams to drive adoption and close complex, high-value deals.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) or BI tools; experience presenting to senior leadership; strong problem solving abilities in ambiguous scenarios; experience monetizing creator-led or talent-driven IP; familiarity with forecasting, pricing strategy, and yield optimization.
