Marketing Claims Strategy Manager (Hybrid)

Capital One in McLean, VA seeks a Manager, Mainstreet Marketing Claims (Hybrid). You’ll own the claims marketing operations strategy for card and application claims, leading transformation of claims management and adopting tools to minimize risk and enable self-service.
You will partner with legal, product, and marketing teams, drive adoption of the claims library platform, build risk rubrics, automate audit functions, and ensure compliant, scalable claim communications across channels.
