- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor industrial blending machines, adjusting variables like temperature, pressure, and mixing time to achieve the desired consistency. [1, 2]
- Quality Control: Conduct routine checks, test samples, and inspect materials for inconsistencies to ensure the final product meets exact manufacturing specifications. [1, 2]
- Documentation: Log batch records, track material lot numbers, and record production data to support traceability and quality assurance. [1, 2]
- Sanitation & Maintenance: Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas between batches to prevent contamination, and perform routine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines. [1, 2]
