Role

Associate Photographer – Cleveland, OH. This role is part of the media collection team for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using top-of-the-line equipment to create virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for residential properties. Each Associate Photographer manages a core territory, servicing clients of Homes.com and Apartments.com. Appointments are scheduled for defined dates and times to scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3 cameras and capture virtual tours and floor plans. The role also involves residential photography for marketing purposes and works closely with clients, sales, logistics, and the management team. Photographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager in local markets.
Responsibilities

Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments, using photography techniques to capture spaces appealingly.
Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed within defined market areas when not photographing a residential property.
Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard vehicles and equipment.
Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
Physical Requirements

Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
Repetitive hand and arm movements to operate cameras and input data on tablets or laptops.
Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as part of job functions.
Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
Real estate photography experience required.
Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned photography degree.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong customer service experience with a client-first mindset.
FAA Part 107 Drone License/Certification with expected completion within 30 days of offer (where applicable).
Strong time management and detail-oriented abilities.
Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications; familiarity with Apple iOS products.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Field experience preferred.
Current and valid driver’s license; driving record check required prior to start with acceptable driving history.

Compensation

Base compensation: $49,000 – $50,000 annually (range may vary by location, skills, and competencies).
