Overview Lead the visual direction and execution of the brand across all channels. The Art Director translates strategy and briefs into strong creative concepts, oversees design and content production, and ensures every touchpoint reflects a cohesive, elevated brand experience.
Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Concept Development Translate brand, product, and campaign briefs into clear creative platforms, visual concepts, and storytelling frameworks.
Develop integrated 360° creative concepts across digital, social, print, video, retail, experiential activations, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
Create and present concepts, mood boards, storyboards, references, and visual narratives to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Own overall creative direction for campaigns including casting, location scouting, visual styling, and final asset selection.
Maintain and evolve brand visual identity while ensuring consistency across all outputs.
Lead art direction for photo and video shoots including casting, styling, locations, props, references, and shot development.
Partner with producers to scope, schedule, and execute productions within budget and timeline expectations.
Direct photographers, videographers, stylists, and creative partners on set to ensure assets align with creative vision and brand standards.
Oversee post-production including editing, retouching, color grading, motion graphics, and final approvals.
Lead development of campaign assets including: Social content
Website creative and landing pages
Digital advertising
Retail and in-store collateral
Out-of-home (OOH) creative
Print materials
Presentations and executive decks

Provide clear creative feedback and mentorship to designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and freelance contributors.
Design & Asset Production Design and oversee creative assets across digital channels including social media, website banners, email templates, paid media, and presentations.
Develop print materials including brochures, lookbooks, packaging, POS, event signage, and internal collateral.
Adapt and optimize creative across multiple formats, placements, and channel requirements.
Prepare final production-ready artwork ensuring accuracy in specifications, color profiles, formatting, and resolution standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Workflow Management Partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Brand, and Creative teams to align business objectives with creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with external vendors including printers, photographers, production teams, agencies, and freelancers.
Organize and maintain design systems, templates, and brand asset libraries including logos, fonts, imagery, and campaign files.
Ensure creative assets remain current, accessible, and scalable across the organization.
Build and maintain creative toolkits, templates, and brand guidelines to support internal stakeholders and ensure consistency.
Qualifications 6–10+ years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, or Visual Design, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency in Figma and motion/video tools preferred.
Strong understanding of photography, typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
Experience leading productions and managing external creative partners.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to balance concept development with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
