Duda is hiring: Senior Art Director (Social & Digital) in Poland

We're looking for a Senior Art Director with a strong eye for design, solid campaign experience and a genuine interest in developing ideas, not just executing them.
You'll work closely with Copywriters, Strategists and Motion Designers to create campaigns that naturally evolve from integrated communication into engaging digital experiences.
Some ideas will live in standard social formats. Others might become activations, creator collaborations or platform-first concepts.

What you'll do
Develop creative concepts for social and digital campaigns.
Work as a creative partner with Copywriters from briefing to final execution.
Translate integrated campaigns into engaging digital experiences across different platforms.
Design assets for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
Explore new ways of bringing campaign ideas to life beyond standard formats when the brief calls for it.
Present and explain your creative thinking internally and occasionally to clients.
Collaborate closely with Strategy, Motion Design, Production and Account teams.
Maintain a high level of visual quality across all deliverables.
We're looking for someone who
Experience as an Art Director within an agency environment.
Has a portfolio demonstrating both strong visual craft and campaign thinking.
Understands how ideas adapt across different digital platforms.
Enjoys collaborating with Copywriters and other creatives.
Is proactive and contributes ideas throughout the creative process.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Is comfortable receiving and giving constructive feedback.
Keeps up with digital culture, emerging platforms and creative trends.
Nice to have
Experience working on integrated 360° campaigns.
Experience supporting video productions.
Familiarity with AI creative tools as part of the creative workflow.
