Remote CRE Business Development Lead

River City Bank is seeking a Business Development Officer to generate new CRE loan relationships and expand the commercial client base. The role is remote, supporting the Denver region, with compensation based on base plus commission and a substantial loan origination target.
The ideal candidate has five years of sales/marketing experience, deep knowledge of commercial lending processes, and strong communication and relationship skills to meet annual CRE loan volumes of $75–$100 million.
