Senior Director of Math Product Management

Driving the vision and execution of the Math product portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Math Product Management will lead product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with instructional research to enhance student outcomes, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Own and communicate the product strategy for the Math portfolio, including roadmap, market research, and go-to-market planning
Partner with content and research teams to integrate instructional research into product design and development
Manage the Math portfolio team of product managers, fostering a culture of high expectations and alignment to the organization's mission

Required qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in education publishing, including 5 years in a supervisory role
Strong background in product management or development, specifically in K-12 math education
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Experience in K-12 edtech with proficiency in Agile and human-centered design practices
Bachelor's degree required
