Senior Director, Sales Operations & Strategy

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a senior sales operations leader to partner with the CRO of AMER sales and drive strategic support for the AMER Sales Leadership team. You will lead a team delivering rhythm of business, forecasting, annual planning, and sales cadence to optimize performance.
In this role you will shape go-to-market strategy, resource planning, and key metrics, while maturing core business processes and enabling data-driven decision making across cross-functional stakeholders.
