Job Description

This role provides advice and financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact or trusted advisor, acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships, collaborating with teammates, and coordinating with Product Specialists to design and deliver financial solutions. Knowledge of the bank's products and services is used to identify cross-selling opportunities and raise client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Manages an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion and helps companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.
Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and strengthening existing relationships.
Interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
Collaborates with domestic and international teams across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management; works with Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services Product Specialists to design and deliver financial solutions.
Leads dialogues with complex clients and prospects on topics such as industry outlook, capital structures, and business issues.
Coaches and mentors peers, while demonstrating leadership.
Adapts to changes in sales practices and broader market conditions as needed.
Required Qualifications

Holds the following registered licenses (or obtains within 180 days of start date): FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 63.

Pay Transparency and Benefits

Pay range: $140,000.00 – $235,000.00 annualized salary. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan, with awards based on individual performance, business results, and company performance. This role is currently benefits eligible, with industry-leading benefits, paid time off, and resources to support employees and their communities.
