The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as the first dedicated marketing leader within a fast-growing business unit. This individual will play a critical role in developing positioning, driving demand generation, enabling sales teams, and shaping go-to-market strategy.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
Responsibilities
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates solutions in the marketplace.
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
Partner with Product Management to define go‑to‑market strategies for new features, products, and programs.
Lead pricing, packaging, and commercialization initiatives in collaboration with Product and Finance teams.
Produce sales enablement content, including presentations, battlecards, case studies, customer stories, and one‑pagers.
Drive market intelligence efforts through customer research, competitive analysis, and segmentation studies.
Collaborate across marketing functions to optimize campaign performance using email, digital advertising, content marketing, and in‑product engagement strategies.
Analyze campaign and funnel performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
Develop customer lifecycle marketing strategies that support acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion.
Manage and coordinate complex cross‑functional projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS, fintech, technology, or high‑growth startup environment.
Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, messaging, and product launches.
Experience supporting sales organizations with effective enablement content and tools.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision‑making.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
Preferred
Experience with product‑led growth (PLG) strategies and in‑product conversion programs.
Knowledge of SQL and comfort working with marketing, product, and data analytics teams.
Startup or early‑stage company experience.
Experience marketing to SMB audiences.
Fintech, financial services, logistics, transportation, or marketplace technology experience.
Strong branding and customer segmentation expertise.
Compensation
Base Salary: $154,000 – $208,000 annually
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and market considerations.
