Store Operations Experience Leader

The Home Depot Avon, CO is seeking an Operations Experience Manager to join our store leadership team. You will lead the Order Fulfillment group, model service excellence, and ensure SOP-compliant receiving, unloading, and staging, while driving shrink action plans and safety standards.
As MOD and department lead, you’ll coach associates, support talent development, conduct daily safety checks, and partner with management to align priorities and events.
