Position
Fast‑paced sales office seeks an Account Resolution Specialist who is eager to start a career and open to training. This role focuses on managing past‑due accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Essential Job Duties

Make outbound calls on past‑due accounts

Analyze aging reports and document all account activities

Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and good judgment when interacting with coworkers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies

Communicate cross‑functionally with sales and senior management to accelerate the collection process

Qualifications

Advanced problem‑solving skills, organized, able to prioritize projects in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in collecting payments while maintaining strong customer relationships

Preferred Skills

2+ years of collection experience is a plus, but training is provided
