About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation to spearhead the development and execution of critical strategic growth and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the organization's scaling and operational enhancement, leading a team that works closely with executive leadership and physician stakeholders to drive performance, lead growth efforts, and optimize clinical and operational outcomes. This pivotal role requires a leader with a strong background in strategy consulting, at least 10 years of post‑MBA experience in healthcare services, and a proven track record in multi‑site provider environments, particularly in operational excellence and growth.
Responsibilities

Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare services landscape, particularly in the outpatient care sector.
Qualifications
