About the job Sales Operations Administrator What You Will Do Quickly ramp up to provide administrative support and subject matter expertise for key Sales Operations tools such as Salesforce, Groove, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, etc.
Reliably handle assigned projects and day-to-day responsibilities, managing deadlines and communicating proactively to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and timelines
Work with Sales Managers and Marketing team to support sales engagement efforts, route and distribute prospect accounts, and troubleshoot issues to quickly resolve and minimize disruptions
Manage daily flow of Sales Operations tickets, independently handling tasks proactively and collaborating with others when needed
Take ownership of business data, vigilantly monitoring data quality and adhering to a regular cadence of data auditing and cleansing to enable leadership to draw accurate insights and make strategic, data-driven business decisions
Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key business metrics
Train new hires on sales applications/processes, and perform ongoing training as needed
Work cross-functionally with management and key stakeholders to monitor, control and manage business operations, ensure smooth delivery, and meet company goals
Manage relationships with third-party vendors as needed, including submitting and tracking support tickets, scheduling and attending product demos, attending training sessions
Support management in creating new process documentation, training materials and conducting one-on-one training with sales team members on applications and processes.
Supports Operations Manager in the planning and oversight of new integrations & Implementations, and owns the full lifecycle of integrations when assigned
Evaluate current operations / processes and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
Go-to Admin for support from other members of the Sales Operations team, able to lead and give guidance to less senior members of the team
What You Will Bring BA/BS degree or demonstrated related professional experience
3+ years of proven experience with Salesforce administration, with proving continuation of SFDC education and training (multiple certifications preferred)
Administrative experience with Groove or comparable sales engagement tools is a plus
Previous experience with business data analysis / reporting highly preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiar with other Microsoft Office programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and capable of adapting to shifting priorities
Excellent time management skills, with an ability to consistently meet deadlines while working independently on multiple projects
1+ Years Experience Managing Projects and Implementations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work cross-functionally and communicate consistently to stakeholders
Must be professional, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
