About the Position Ensemble Schools seeks a fun, experienced, and professional classical guitar instructor to teach part‑time at The Catoctin School of Music in Leesburg, VA. Teachers will instruct IN PERSON and may set their availability within open hours. Consistency and greater availability are preferred.
Qualifications Successful candidates will have a strong music background, evidenced by a degree in music performance or pedagogy or equivalent performing experience. A demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check are required.
Benefits Pay is commensurate with experience, in the range of $30‑45 per hour. Health benefits options and a 401(k) with employer match are available for all part‑ and full‑time employees after 30 days of employment.
