Under this role, the Relationship Manager plays a central role in delivering comprehensive client services, ensuring operational efficiency, and identifying growth opportunities for clients and the Wealth Management Team.

Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is a key member of the Client's Wealth Management Team. They work collaboratively with Regis Wealth Advisors and Wealth Solution Specialists on the following:

Ensuring world‑class customer service is delivered efficiently with strong interpersonal skills.

Increasing overall productivity of services delivered to the clients.

Identifying additional growth opportunities within the book of business.

Identifying and implementing advanced planning techniques for clients as needed.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Deliver world‑class client service experience to UHNW clients.

Act as the client’s key point of contact on the Wealth Management Team for day‑to‑day needs.

Cultivate a thorough understanding of client expectations and preferences.

Prepare Regis WMT team for client meetings with reports and analysis.

Identify planning opportunities and provide operational expertise for effective resolution of client needs.

Respond quickly to changing customer expectations, ensuring client accessibility even outside regular business hours.

Operations Management

Optimize productivity by coordinating and prioritizing client deliverables.

Manage escalation process for client needs or operational issues with custodians.

Implement complex account‑related topics such as 10b5‑1 plans, pledged asset lines, alternative investments, account overlays, separate account managers, foundations and endowments.

Coordinate Wealth Management Team projects such as RMDs, tax‑loss harvesting, cash audits, and tracking of new assets.

Ensure compliance with industry‑standard licensing and execute trades and money movement with custodians as required for time‑sensitive client requests.

Client Retention & Growth

Drive high client satisfaction and adoption of additional services offered.

Build strategies to win new assets from existing clients by monitoring life events and outside assets.

Develop and monitor strategy to increase community‑sourced referrals.

Monitor progress toward team goals.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related).

Experience

Minimum 5 years of industry‑related experience.

Client‑facing experience required and ability to interact with individuals with a net worth of $25 M+ in a professional and confidential manner.

Certifications

Series 65 optional.

Notary designation a plus.

Job Skills

Self‑motivated, well‑organized individual capable of working independently and in a team environment to follow through on details to completion.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and organization skills.

Ability to multi‑task and manage several projects at once.

Strong proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Office Products.

Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience.

Flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and confidential with all matters.

Ability to successfully escalates client requests in a timely manner.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility. Potential need for client support outside of normal business hours.

Working Conditions
Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation, no heavy lifting over 10 lbs.

Base Pay Range
$89,250 – $105,000 USD.
