Event Operations Lead – AV & Tech

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will direct the technical team to ensure operational efficiencies and exceptional guest experiences while supporting location administrative duties as needed.
Responsibilities include organizing daily floor activities, coordinating event setup and teardown, training technicians on Encore’s standards, and maintaining equipment safety.
