Details for 2nd shift Production Supervisor | Manufacturing position:
$21-23 / Hour
2:30pm-11pm (Will train on 1st shift 2-3 weeks)
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Shipping Supervisor | Manufacturing position:

Lead and oversee a small team of production workers during the 2nd shift, serving as the primary management presence on-site for the majority of the shift
Overseeing and coordinating the shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
Supervising and training warehouse staff and shipping personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Managing shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and inventory records
Ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and handling of products to prevent damage during transit
Collaborating with carriers, vendors, and other departments to schedule shipments and resolve any logistical issues
Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Shipping Supervisor | Manufacturing position:

High school diploma or equivalent
Supervisor, quality, or manufacturing experience preferred
Pass tape measure reading test
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
