Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator

Please be advised the job position is located in the City of Industry, CA. This position is full-time and ON-SITE.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and support affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators.
Manage affiliate platform operations, performance tracking, and partner communications.
Identify new partnership opportunities with creators, fitness communities, corporate wellness programs, and strategic partners.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, product seeding, and partnership activations.
Analyze affiliate performance and recommend strategies to grow revenue and acquisition.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or partnership management is preferred.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable building relationships with external partners.
