Responsibilities
Drive day-to-day operations of the Virgin Red credit program and its related technologies
Provide relationship management, project management, production support, and technical expertise for Synchrony partners under the Digital sales platform
Develop creative solutions to support business strategy or resolve issues
Drive and support technology development initiatives leveraging Agile processes
Maintain and communicate project status, milestones, and critical issues with stakeholders
Participate in on-call rotation for Synchrony production issues that impact partners and cardholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Technology experience OR in lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of Technology experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with leading initiatives, including gathering business requirements, planning and defining enhancements, and execution/delivery using Waterfall/SDLC or Agile frameworks
Superior verbal, written, and client communication skills
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
