Apparel Design Director - Lead Creative & Line Development

The Antigua Group is seeking a Director of Design to lead execution of product design across apparel and graphics. This role owns the front-end of the product creation process, translating merchandising strategy into market-relevant assortments that drive revenue and brand differentiation.
The Director will establish seasonal design direction, oversee apparel and graphic design teams, and deliver complete, commercially viable product lines aligned to VP guidance.
