Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Marketing Executive for planning, implementing, and evaluating direct marketing campaigns with a customer-focused approach and revenue targets for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Marketing team, training, motivating, and developing them to ensure a high standard of performance.
Identify SEO/PPC/Paid Social problems, build strategies and execute.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance data daily to optimize toward performance goals.
Attend all regular meetings and participate in professional development activities and ongoing in-house training.
Answer customer queries and overcome common objections.
Maintain a to-do list for producer and ensure they meet deadlines.
Track the allocations of marketing materials across platforms.
Qualifications
Digital marketing agency experience or recent graduates with solid internship/work experience with a digital marketing agency.
Enjoy the learning process.
Timekeeper and abilities to work in a target-oriented environment.
A keen interest in team development.
Passionate and enthusiastic to create the strategy and deliver the results.
Solid understanding of project management platforms and CRM'S.
Google Analyticical experience.
