Global People Partner: Talent & Leadership

Bio-Techne is seeking a People Business Partner to support leaders and employees, acting as a consultant to business leaders and collaborating with global HR to advance Bio-Techne’s people priorities. You will lead talent initiatives across assigned client groups and ensure the OneHR global strategy is executed.
You will partner on organization effectiveness, talent management, and leadership development, while managing employee relations and lifecycle processes.
