Director of Sales Operations — Hybrid Leader

Harbor Wholesale is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of Sales Operations and Customer Service. The role centers on optimizing sales support, service, profitability, order processing, reporting, and technology in support of growth.
The position requires onsite leadership at Harbor’s corporate offices in Lacey, WA, with some hybrid eligibility. The compensation range is $120-140K with bonus, plus a full benefits package.
