Retail Team Lead: Customer Experience & Ops

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Lead Store Associate at our Oxford, MA location. You’ll lead a store team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and serve as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced retail setting.
Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash handling, POS accuracy, inventory integrity, and coaching colleagues to meet daily KPIs while maintaining compliance with SOPs and state regulations. Must be 21+, customer‑facing experience, and flexible schedule.
