Vice President, Enterprise Content & Channels

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the enterprise‑wide content strategy, shaping how employees experience Prudential’s story across internal channels such as the intranet, marquee events, memos, digital signage, and more.
Lead the Content & Channels team (over five members), building and managing a content plan that supports strategic storytelling priorities and balances themes, channels, and creative opportunities.
Set clear editorial standards and governance, while creating room for experimentation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
Make decisions on content elevation, sequencing, adaptation, reimagining, or decline to keep communications focused, high‑quality, and aligned with employee needs.
Develop and sustain a cohesive, multi‑channel strategy that reinforces key messages, reduces redundancy, and improves the employee experience, with potential to add new channels such as an enterprise newsletter.
Use data, insights, and employee feedback to assess channel performance, refine the content strategy, and strengthen audience targeting.
Support enterprise change by ensuring content remains relevant, engaging, and effectively delivered across different audiences.
Qualifications

15+ years of experience in corporate and/or internal communications, content strategy, or a related field.
Proven record of leading enterprise content strategy and multi‑channel communications in a complex organization.
Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Strong editorial judgment and content governance experience, with the ability to connect communications to business outcomes.
Success in using data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Creative, forward‑thinking leadership style that challenges the status quo and delivers practical solutions.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $178,600.00 – $267,800.00. Market‑competitive base salaries with yearly bonus potential at every level.
