Senior Producer: Integrated Campaigns & Team Leadership

Ogilvy is seeking a Senior Producer in Miami to oversee end-to-end production for broadcast, social video, shoots, and experiential campaigns. You will ensure on-time delivery, on-spec, and on-budget, while managing senior relationships and enforcing quality standards across teams.
You will lead a diverse group of producers, collaborate with account services, creative, strategy, and business affairs, and mentor junior staff to deliver integrated campaigns that meet client goals.
