Verano Fort Myers dispensary seeks an experienced assistant manager to support staff, manage inventory, and foster excellent patient/customer relations. You will respond to inquiries, resolve in-store issues, and help shape schedules while collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance and high service standards.
As a key team member, you will train staff on POS and inventory systems, oversee orders, and uphold Verano’s standards across Zen Leaf and MÜV brands in a fast-paced retail setting.
