Responsibilities: -

• We are looking for a junior to mid-level resource to support Contract Express authoring and broader delivery activities within an enterprise automation and legal operations environment.

• Support Contract Express authoring by developing templates, questionnaires, clause logic, and document generation outputs. Leverage existing template libraries and established standards to ensure consistency and accelerate onboarding.

• Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. Translate these into structured user stories, documentation, and deliverables that can be executed by the team.

• Assist with backlog refinement and delivery coordination, supporting sprint planning, tracking, and execution discipline in alignment with Agile practices.

• Support integration efforts between Contract Express and supporting platforms, including: o Out-of-the-box Docusign integration o SharePoint integration for document storage and lifecycle management

• Perform structured validation and quality checks on templates and associated workflows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.

• Participate in client-facing and internal discussions, contributing to requirement clarification, progress updates, and delivery coordination.

• Contribute to documentation of templates, processes, and solutions to support maintainability and knowledge transfer. Technical and Functional Expectations

• Develop working proficiency in Contract Express, with the ability to design and maintain templates and related assets

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
