Description
St. Stephen, Martyr Catholic Church is seeking a qualified Communications Specialist to oversee all aspects of parish communications. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic who demonstrates professionalism, creativity, and a strong commitment to the mission of the Church.
Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and produce parish communication materials across print and digital platforms
Manage parish social media accounts and digital engagement strategies
Create graphic design content for parish ministries and events
Oversee website content and updates (e-Catholic)
Coordinate parish marketing and branding initiatives
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of professional communications experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CANVA
Experience with website management
Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a public-facing environment
