Apparel Team Captain: Lead & Elevate Athlete Experiences

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Team Captain - Apparel to lead the Apparel department and coach teammates to deliver an engaging shopping experience rooted in product knowledge and athlete connection. You will drive sales and ensure athletes feel confident in their selections.
You will build and lead a strong team, manage scheduling, onboarding, and development, and partner with store leadership to meet financial goals while upholding policies and safety standards.
