Pay:
$15 per hour
Job type:
Full Time

Apprenticely is working with our company partner, LyraConnect, to add a Marketing Strategist Intern to their team in Bentonville, Arkansas!

Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on‑ramp to an IT career and can roll into full‑time positions based on employer demand.

About LyraConnect: LyraConnect is an AI‑native marketing intelligence and media activation platform purpose‑built for CPG brands and retailers. The platform is architected around three pillars: Sense, Strategize, Activate; connecting upstream AI demand simulation to downstream media activation and measurable purchase outcomes. We work with leading CPG organizations to help them understand and win visibility in an AI‑driven shopping landscape, then translate that intelligence into activated media campaigns. We are a small, fast‑moving team building category‑defining technology, and this role offers rare exposure to both client‑facing strategy work and the inner workings of building a marketing intelligence company from the ground up.

LyraConnect is looking for a Marketing Strategist Intern to join as a full‑time project coordinator supporting our GM of Product & Marketing and our CEO. This is a hybrid role:

Client/Product side (75%): Supporting campaign proposal builds and post‑campaign reporting for LyraConnect’s CPG clients

Company marketing side (25%): Supporting LyraConnect’s own brand, content, and PR efforts

You’ll report primarily to Rachel Robertson, GM of Product & Marketing, with a secondary reporting line to Heather Nichols, CEO, for company marketing and content initiatives. Priorities will shift with client fluidity and event opportunities, so adaptability and comfort with a dynamic workload are essential.

What You’ll Do
Supporting Rachel Robertson (~75% of time):

Coordinate and help build client campaign proposals: pulling data, drafting slides, and organizing supporting materials

Support post‑campaign reporting, including compiling performance data and helping translate results into clear, client‑ready narratives

Help manage timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent client engagements

Support LyraConnect’s own marketing and PR efforts as directed by Rachel; this may include event coordination, press opportunities, or campaign materials as priorities arise

Stay closely looped into client and project status so you can flex quickly as needs shift

Supporting the CEO (~25% of time):

Help produce content for LyraConnect’s newsletter and social media channels

Draft and package business content (industry insights, company milestones, thought leadership) into publish‑ready formats

Support ad‑hoc content needs tied to executive visibility (speaking engagements, industry commentary, etc.)

What Success Looks Like

Proposal and reporting materials are accurate, on‑brand, and delivered on time, freeing Rachel to focus on GTM strategy and product development

LyraConnect’s newsletter and social channels publish consistently with high‑quality, on‑brand content

You can move fluidly between client‑facing deliverables and internal company marketing without dropping either

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Strong written communication skills; you can turn data and rough notes into clear, polished narrative

Comfortable working with company AI workflow and tools (Google, Notion, Slack, etc.)

Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities at once

Curious about AI, marketing technology, or the CPG/retail industry. No expertise required, but genuine interest matters

Comfortable in a small‑team, early‑stage environment where roles and priorities evolve quickly

Self‑starter who is pro‑active and asks good questions, working both independently and collaboratively
