Vanguard Theater Company is seeking a Music Director for our Summerstock sleepaway program in Elmer, NJ. You will lead the musical direction for shows, live on-site, and work with young performers ages 12–19 in a fast-paced camp setting.
The role requires 3+ years of music direction experience with musicals, strong collaboration, and full availability for the July 30–August 17 window. Housing and meals are provided for the duration of the program.
