Senior Brand Designer — Identity System Lead

Nametag is hiring its first dedicated brand designer to own how Nametag looks and feels across every surface a customer, partner, or candidate touches. You’ll set the visual direction and then do the work to realize it, owning the identity system and enforcing the brand guidelines.
This role reports to the COO and partners with the marketing team. You’ll work daily in Figma, own brand craft end to end, and elevate Nametag’s visual language as the company scales.
