AVP FP&A – Wealth Management Finance Leader

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking an AVP Finance, FP&A within our Wealth Management accounting and finance organization. The role partners with the CFO to provide financial perspective on operational aspects of the business.
The AVP will establish KPI reporting, manage internal modeling for recruitment and acquisitions, own budgeting and forecasting, and advise on process improvements and platform analysis.
