What you will do

Plan and publish technical content aligned with go-to-market priorities, collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including asset coordination and performance reporting.

Implement SEO and paid search strategies to drive traffic and growth.

Build and optimize lead generation assets such as landing pages and email nurture sequences.

Coordinate community events and engage developer audiences to increase awareness and retention.

Integrate AI tools into content creation and campaign execution workflows.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany for onsite work

1–2 years experience in B2B marketing, content, or growth, preferably in startups or agencies.

English: C2
ative written proficiency required

Experience with developer or technical audiences and curiosity about technology.

Working knowledge of SEO tools like Semrush and ability to execute Google Ads campaigns.

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.

Self-directed and organized with ability to work autonomously.
