Commercial Manager – Data Center Thermal Solutions Analog Devices, Inc. is developing a novel thermal monitoring technology for liquid‑cooled data centers and seeks a Commercial Manager to bring this technology to market. The role will be the commercial face of the product, owning the path from initial conversation to MOU to revenue, supported by the engineering depth, supply‑chain scale, and financial strength of a leading semiconductor company.
Responsibilities Own the customer relationship end‑to‑end.
Build and drive a pipeline of hyperscaler and neocloud accounts, leveraging existing relationships to expose the technology to the right technical and commercial decision‑makers.
Move deals forward, taking opportunities from initial engagement through MOU into commercial agreements by structuring, negotiating, and closing deals.
Drive technology adoption by introducing a new‑to‑market technology to sophisticated buyers and guiding them through the technical evaluation process from proof‑of‑concept to qualification to deployment.
Serve as the customer’s voice internally, collaborating with product management, engineering, pricing, and supply‑chain teams to translate requirements into roadmap, terms, and delivery commitments.
Deliver compelling presentations and technical pitches to executive and engineering audiences.
Travel nationally to engage customers and partners across the U.S.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
7–10 years of sales/business development experience supporting large data‑center customers.
Established, active relationships with hyperscalers and neoclouds.
Demonstrated success advancing deals from MOU to signed commercial agreements.
Experience introducing new technology to hyperscalers
eoclouds and driving the technical evaluation and qualification process.
Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration with product management, engineering, pricing, and supply‑chain.
Willingness to travel nationally.
Preferred: Familiarity with data‑center thermal architecture (liquid cooling, direct‑to‑chip equipment, and components such as coolant distribution units).
Comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment within a large company.
Benefits & Compensation Expected wage range: $113,190 to $163,905 (may vary by location, experience, etc.).
