Shift Leader: Smooth Ops & Customer Service

Arby’s, Inc. in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking a Shift Manager to help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis. You will support the management team, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and customer service remains top-notch.
You will lead team members through training and performance initiatives, address issues, and help maintain high standards of food quality and service. Must be at least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., with six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
