Specialist, FAST/AVOD Partnerships Marketing

Reporting to the Director, the Specialist plays a critical role in shaping marketing strategy for A+E’s portfolio of 75+ FAST channels across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, while supporting the AVOD business and broader partnership marketing initiatives.
Work Locations

Flexible model with remote, hybrid or in‑office options. In‑office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT. Eligible remote states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of partner marketing strategies across FAST, AVOD, and emerging distribution opportunities.
Translate business priorities, content priorities, and platform opportunities into actionable marketing plans, promotional calendars, and campaign recommendations.
Identify, pitch, secure, and track high‑value partner opportunities.
Serve as day‑to‑day marketing contact for assigned platform partners, building strong relationships that support collaboration and promotional opportunities.
Develop and deliver partner presentations, marketing pitches, campaign recaps, and promotional recommendations tailored to partner priorities.
Maintain understanding of partner merchandising capabilities, promotional formats, and business objectives while proactively identifying new opportunities.
Partner cross‑functionally with Programming, Creative, Operations, Research, and Brand Marketing to execute partner marketing campaigns, channel launches, and promotional opportunities.
Coordinate campaign execution, asset delivery, promotional calendars, and timelines to ensure successful launches across partner platforms.
Build strong partnerships across internal teams to align marketing priorities, campaign execution, creative needs, and promotional timelines.
Prepare presentations, partner updates, and campaign recaps that clearly articulate marketing strategies, results, and future opportunities.
Represent the team in partner and internal meetings with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented approach.
Track partner marketing activity, earned media, promotional placements, campaign performance, and key business metrics to evaluate success and identify optimization opportunities.
Maintain partner trackers, scorecards, reporting materials, and campaign documentation for leadership visibility and decision‑making.
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activity, sharing insights and recommendations that inform future marketing strategies and partner opportunities.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in entertainment, marketing, or streaming in a fast‑paced, partner‑centric environment.
Knowledge of media, entertainment, streaming, FAST channels, AVOD/SVOD licensing, DTO, DTC partner environments, audience development, or multiplatform distribution businesses (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience presenting plans to internal and external stakeholders.
Proven success in driving earned media, building lasting partner relationships, and influencing platform support through compelling marketing.
Team‑first, solutions‑driven mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
Strategic agility, able to balance long‑term vision and short‑term execution detail.
Collaborative and flexible work style comfortable with managing multiple timelines and evolving priorities.
Analytical mindset with experience using campaign data to measure outcomes, inform strategy, and report impact.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $35.83 – $41.21
Annual Incentive Target: 5%
