Paid Media Associate

Job Overview

The Paid Media Associate will assist with direct mail, digital, and TV advertising programs for a range of clients of Threshold Group. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities

Developing paid media programs based on campaign strategy, relevant data, and client feedback.
Writing and producing direct mail pieces, video advertisements, and static digital advertisements.
Working with graphic designers, video editors, and printhouses to shepherd mail pieces and advertisements through the production process.
Managing internal databases of ad spending.
Providing verbal and written reports of ad performance to clients.
Qualifications

Applicants should have the following experience:
At least two cycles of experience on political campaigns.
Familiarity with direct mail, digital, and TV advertising programs. Experience producing paid media content for political or public affairs campaigns is strongly preferred.
Strong writing skills and verbal communication skills.
A problem‑solving mindset and a willingness to work long hours when needed.
The Paid Media Associate position is a full-time position with an anticipated salary of $65,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
