Fletcher Development LLC is seeking a dynamic content creator to produce photo and video across our luxury construction and real estate brands. Based in Fairfield County, CT you will capture live moments on job sites, interviews, events, and more.
This hybrid role requires self-sufficiency with gear, strong editor's eye, and the ability to adapt to distinct brand voices. Expect 1–2 on-site days monthly and a steady stream of engaging posts.
