Day in the Life of a Program Supervisor Oversee daily program operations and assist as needed, dependent on licensure and ability.
Ensure compliance with OBOT Operational Standards and regulatory procedures issued by applicable authorities.
Perform all responsibilities directed by the immediate supervisor and/or governance authority.
Screen and interview new associates for hire and submit approval requests as required.
Orient new associates, completing new‑hire policies, review of associate handbook, and orientation to responsibilities.
Conduct employee performance reviews, monitor personnel time, and respond to PTO requests.
Maintain program documentation in accordance with DEA regulations, including patient prescriptive records, physician DEA registration, physician current caseload and approved patient capacity.
Coordinate with internal and external persons and agencies to improve or supplement service provision.
Work with the Operations Support Team to address needs within the center.
Apply procedures and policies outlined in program and regulatory standards to day‑to‑day operations.
Review, interpret, and reflect on policy changes and present information to leadership.
Manage program staff and interact positively with patients, visitors, and community members.
Conduct internal audit processes to analyze program performance in various areas.
Function in an administrative capacity to assure necessary information is provided to patients and staff.
Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required.
Preference for candidates with experience in an Office‑Based Opioid Treatment program and supervisory experience.
Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health is desirable.
Must meet state‑defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.

Monday 9:30am‑1:30pm; Tuesday 8:30am‑5:00pm; Wednesday 8:30am‑12:00pm; Thursday 1:00pm‑5:00pm; Friday 1:00pm‑5:00pm.
Lynchburg, VA – 2250 Murrell Road, Suite B,
Monday 9:00am‑1:00pm; Thursday 10:00am‑2:00pm.
Martinsville, VA – 445 E Commonwealth Boulevard, Suite B,
Wednesday 1:00pm‑5:00pm; Friday 8:00am‑12:00pm.
Must be willing to travel to all center locations. Crossroads has a travel reimbursement policy which includes mileage reimbursement.
