Assistant Coach, Hip-Hop Majorette Dance Team

We are looking to onboard an Assistant Hip-Hop Majorette Dance Coach for our combined stomp & shake and majorette dance team, which serves girls ages 12-19. Our "in-person" practice season is from September to June. Virtual practices continue in July and August.
The team practices "in-person" on Saturdays from 12:30pm to 5pm in Downtown Newark, training for high-visibility performances, competitions, parades and exhibitions. The stomp & shake portion of the practice is from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, the majorette portion of this practice is from 3pm to 5pm. The current dancers are mixed ability and could benefit from technical training. We also welcome experienced majorette coaches who can volunteer to lead a virtual practice on evening during the week (any 45-minute session between 6pm and 9pm).
Experience in majorette dance is strongly preferred, as is hip-hop experience. Candidates will be asked to submit a video (or link to a video) which displays their dace style in advance of an interview.
