Content Producer Job at 24 Seven Talent in Los Angeles

Our client, a full service advertising agency is seeking an AI & Social Content Producer. This is a freelance position (40 hours a week) that is hybrid onsite 3 days a week with potential to go fulltime for the right person.

We're looking for a creative AI & Social Content Producer to join a collaborative marketing team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves creating social‑first content and is equally comfortable designing, editing, writing, and leveraging AI tools throughout the creative process.

What You'll Do

Create social‑first content including short‑form video, Reels, graphics, motion assets, storyboards, presentations, and digital campaign creative.

Design and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Kling, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms for prompt engineering, concept development, image/video generation, editing, and workflow optimization.

Develop and refine AI prompts and creative workflows to improve content production.

Edit short‑form videos, social content, and campaign assets for multiple channels.

Write captions, headlines, prompts, and other short‑form copy.

Collaborate with creative, strategy, social, production, and account teams from concept through final delivery.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in content creation, creative production, social media, graphic design, video editing, or digital marketing.

Strong portfolio showcasing social content, graphic design, video editing, and creative storytelling.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.

Hands‑on experience using generative AI tools and designing effective prompts for creative production.

Strong understanding of social trends, creator culture, and platform best practices.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred

Experience in an advertising, marketing, PR, entertainment, or creative agency.

Strong understanding of AAPI audiences and culture ; experience creating culturally relevant or multicultural campaigns is highly preferred.

Experience editing short‑form series or vertical storytelling content. Experience with platforms such as ReelShort or DramaBox is a plus.

Motion graphics, animation, photography, videography, or content capture experience is a bonus.

Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
