Prior sales experience is not required — we provide full training.

What You’ll Do

Canvass local neighborhoods and engage with homeowners

Start conversations and identify interest in window upgrades

Schedule appointments for our Marketing Directors

Track daily activity and work toward performance goals

Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

This role focuses on

communication, consistency, and effort

— not high-pressure selling.

Reliable, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude

Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face

Willing to learn and take coaching

Able to work on your feet and outdoors

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a smartphone
